What to do Before, During, and, After a Confrontation
How to use what you have available where to strike and how
How to overcome physical limitations. If your in a wheelchair, walker, overweight, small, etc….

What you will need.

Comfortable clothing, that lets you move around freely
Bottle water
Positive Attitude
If you have questions about your knives Quality? Use? Safety? feel free to bring them or pictures of knives you are looking to buy and our Instructors will give you their honest assessment of them.
